Wayne was born and raised in Beach Park in South Tampa on Tampa Bay. Pamela was raised in Ft. Myers, Winter home of Thomas Edison. We established Gulf Coast Rentals & Property Management in 1995 after relocating to Hudson in 1991. Wayne owned Carrollwood Realty Corp. in Tampa from 1980 until 1988, where we developed our hugely successful management program with the assistance and guidance of knowledgeable attorneys and accountants.
